Through my daily meditation practice I got in touch with the word : surrender. Surrender means to me that a situation just „is“, without judging every emotion that shows up. Surrender means #freedom and #acceptance. So take a deep breath and while you breath in, speak to yourself: „I surrender“, breath out slowly: „I release“. Letting go and feeling acceptance without judging is really hard, but without them there is no healing. Thanks for the great and daily inspiration @themeditationhouse and @insight .
